In the mountains of Stellenbosch, South Africa, one of the most wild freestyle mountain bike events takes place with some of the most insane riders attending.

First brought to you by Sam Reynolds as Pure Darkness and merging with FEST to take on the now infamous DARKFest name, this event have some of the biggest jumps, cleanest lines and fastest berms. The largest of the jumps this year sat 110ft in length, with numerous backflips thrown over it.

The King and Queen of DARKFest were Robin Groomes and Tom Isted, with Tom measuring a 120ft backflip to win 'best moment' alongside Sam Hodgson and Vinny Armstrong.

Best Line was won by Bienvenido Aguado with a whole bag of insane tricks, which you can watch below
